Cut Lines
Indicate the exact path where the packaging will be cut to its final size. These lines are usually solid and are used to trim the material.
Fold Lines (Crease Lines)
Mark where the material will be folded. These lines are often dashed or dotted, guiding where the cardboard or paper will be bent to form the box.
Perforation Lines
These are dotted lines that define where small holes are punched into the material. Perforation lines allow for easy tearing, which is often used for coupons, product access points, or removable parts.
Bleed Area
This is the area extending beyond the cut lines where the artwork or design elements are placed to ensure that there are no white edges when the packaging is cut. Artwork is extended into the bleed area to avoid unwanted gaps in the final product.
Safety Margin
A buffer zone inside the cut lines where no critical text or artwork should be placed. This ensures that important elements aren't cut off during the trimming process.
Registration Marks
Small marks outside the cut lines used to help align the printing plates and ensure colors are printed accurately and consistently.

After we get your sample payment and artwork, we will start to make your custom packaging box, normally it will take around 7business days to finish it, and we will send it you by express such as Fedex, UPS, DHL ect.
Bulk Order Production
When you get your custom packaging sample, you check the sample by yourself. we will proceed with bulk production when we have your confirmation. any modifications can be made before bulk production, you can tell us if any modifications at this stage.
Shipping
We will deliver your custom packaging boxes to the designated location, you can also ask your freight forwarder to pick up the goods from us.
