Pen Packaging Box
A pen packaging box is a carefully designed container, typically made of cardstock, paperboard, or rigid cardboard, that serves to protect, present, and brand a pen.It safeguards the pen from scratches, dust, and damage during shipping and handling.
Rigid Cardstock/Paperboard: Provides structure and a premium feel, unlike flimsy packaging.
Precision Die-Cutting: Custom-cut windows (accomplished with plastic PET or acetate inserts) to allow the product to be seen without opening the box.
Custom Inserts & Trays: Molded plastic, foam, or cardboard inserts that cradle the pen snugly, preventing movement and damage. Often lined with soft materials like velvet or microfiber for luxury pens.
SBS C1S
glossy, smooth-coated surface on one side, ideal for high-quality printing.
SBS C2S

Brown kraft paper
durable, eco-friendly material made from unbleached wood pulp. Known for its strength and natural, rustic appearance.
CCNB
One side coated and grey colour on another side, eco-friendly, fully recycled.
White kraft paper
strong, durable, and eco-friendly paper made from wood pulp, clean, bright white appearance.
Grey cardboard
Mostly used for custom rigid gift boxes. wrapped by printed SBS C2S or kraft paper liner paper on the surface.
Magnets
Magnets is needed for rigid boxes, such as magnetic closure box, booklet box ect.
Ribbon
Rigid boxes with ribbon makes the rigid boxes more luxury.

Cut Lines
Indicate the exact path where the packaging will be cut to its final size. These lines are usually solid and are used to trim the material.
Fold Lines (Crease Lines)
Mark where the material will be folded. These lines are often dashed or dotted, guiding where the cardboard or paper will be bent to form the box.
Perforation Lines
These are dotted lines that define where small holes are punched into the material. Perforation lines allow for easy tearing, which is often used for coupons, product access points, or removable parts.
Bleed Area
This is the area extending beyond the cut lines where the artwork or design elements are placed to ensure that there are no white edges when the packaging is cut. Artwork is extended into the bleed area to avoid unwanted gaps in the final product.
Safety Margin
A buffer zone inside the cut lines where no critical text or artwork should be placed. This ensures that important elements aren't cut off during the trimming process.
Registration Marks
Small marks outside the cut lines used to help align the printing plates and ensure colors are printed accurately and consistently.

Dieline and Artwork

Sample Production
After we get your sample payment and artwork, we will start to make your custom packaging box, normally it will take around 7business days to finish it, and we will send it you by express such as Fedex, UPS, DHL ect.
Bulk Order Production
When you get your custom packaging sample, you check the sample by yourself. we will proceed with bulk production when we have your confirmation. any modifications can be made before bulk production, you can tell us if any modifications at this stage.
Shipping
We will deliver your custom packaging boxes to the designated location, you can also ask your freight forwarder to pick up the goods from us.
